CRISIL Bogus Rating - Case of Infosys ESG Monitoring

Image
DEFECTIVE BASIS  CRISIL published reports on the ESG are bogus. This is demonstrated with the Infosys Case. The CRISIL has given top rating to the Infosys. This bogus rating is not reflecting the true status of the Infosys,  what it did exactly on the ESG Programmes. CRISIL do not verify or examine Third Party Assessment Audit Report. CRISIL gives rating as per published report from the entities available on the internet. The ESG Report published by INFOSYS of 2022-2023 is extremely beautiful with big words. This report is the only basis of CRISIL rating. This Infosys' report has hidden the Mass Illegal Lay-Off of employees in 2022 & 2023. This Lay-Off was continued till 2025. This Major Illegal Violation of Labour Law remains unreported in the Infosy's ESG Report. Ultimately this wrong report is  a matter of ESG rating. This is cheating with investor. Who blindly trusts ESG data published by the CRISIL for investment. This is right time to think that...

The Illegal Lay-Off of WIPRO - Tears For Ayush Srivastava & Others.

Image
( The INFOSYS and WIPRO both did mass "Lay-Off" of employees. Both the cases attract labour law and human right violation. The violation have not been reported to the SEBI. The "Lay -Off"  in both the cases are   illegal in India as it attracted Section 78 (8) of the Industrial Relation 2020. In both the "Lay Off"  the compulsory permission required from the Government under Section 78 (1) of the Industrial Relation 2020 have not been taken. The water is above head. SEBI needs to take strong intervention against the entities who are violating the labor and human right laws in India openly. They are bringing here the ugly culture of Europe. This needs compulsory Third Party Social Impact Assessment Audit on the Compliance Programmes covering labour, social and human right laws. ) WIPRO like other Indian Corporates is a listed entity in the Stock Exchange Board of India. WIPRO is expected to put correct disclosure on the labour law compliance Programmes be...

The Case of Illegal Lay-Off at Infosys - Why SEBI Should Take Action Against Infosys on Wrong and False Reporting.

Image
In February 1993, Infosys listed its shares in the stock exchange. This became  Listed Entity under the SEBI. By virtue of listed entity under SEBI, the Infosys complies with the Listing Agreement Clause 49 and directors of the Infosys, submit report to the SEBI that on the compliance programmes covering Labour, Social, Human right and sustainable practice there is sound system and no violation.  In 2022 and 2023, similar statements have been filed by the Infosys to the SEBI. The disclosure is only on the comfortable reporting side. There is nothing on record on the labour law violation of 2022 and 2023. There has been Mass Illegal Termination in the name of "Lay-Off" ( See Box-One ) in 2022 and 2023. Again mass illegal termination has been reported on 7th Feb 2025.  SEBI can't remain helpless. The SEBI  has social responsibility. A full scale investigation is needed from the SEBI side why labour law violation is not reported. If reported what action assurance is the...
